We ask all customers to please check merchandise thoroughly upon receipt.
Please try on your slippers on a carpeted floor, and please do not discard any packing materials before deciding you are satisfied with your purchase.
All items must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase, and with original packaging and packing materials.
Your exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.
When sending your slippers back to us, please place the shoebox in another box prior to shipping to avoid damage.
